Order Tracking

How do I check my order status:

1.   Login
2.   Click “Your Account Info”
3.   Under “Order Information” you will see each of your orders, along with the status

For more detailed information on the order (i.e. items ordered, billing address, shipping address, and payment info) click on the “View” icon next to each order.

What does my status mean?

Pending:
  Your order has been received and accepted by the system.  Your card has been charged.

Order Confirmed: Means your order has been printed in our warehouse and is in queue for shipment.

Partial Shipment:  Part of your order has been shipped.  

(Most personalized items, for example are manufactured outside of our warehouse.  Some items ship separately.  For details on a specific item, please refer to it’s individual product page.   Once all items have shipped, the status will change from “Partial Shipment” to “Complete”.)

Complete/Shipped:  All items in the order have been shipped.  

Cancelled:  Your order has been cancelled at your request.  Please note not all orders are eligible for cancellation.  Please see our FAQs section for more information on cancelled orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an “Order Status Change” email indicating that the status is “Complete”.  If you are not receiving emails from Scentsy Success, please add our URL to your list of “accepted” emails (white list us).  Check your spam folder.  

The “Order Status Change” email will list all items in your order and provide a tracking number.   Most items ship via UPS ground.  We do not offer expedited shipping in any form.  UPS shipped items will have a tracking number that begins “1Z”.  If your item was mailed, your tracking area will have the letters “USPS” in it.

To track your UPS shipment, simply copy and paste the tracking number into the “tracking” box on the www.ups.com website.

To track your USPS shipment, simply copy and paste the tracking number into the "track & confirm" box on the www.USPS.com website.

*  The majority of our items are shipped via UPS, however select items such as car vinyls and personalized labels may ship separately via USPS to help protect them from damage during shipment.  Our shipping department will determine the best method for shipping.  Please note that on orders that qualify for free shipping, electing to pay for shipping does not mean your order will ship faster.  Orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS.
